Synovia Thomas
Synovia Thomas is the founder of Adventure Minds, a children's day program dedicated to providing a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. She completed her studies in Boston, Massachusetts, and has several years of experience working with children on the autism spectrum in school settings, through home visits, and in 1 on 1 support.
Throughout her career, Synovia has developed a strong understanding of the importance of individualized care, consistency, and building meaningful relationships with children and their families. Her compassionate approach, combined with her hands on experience, has equipped her with the skills to support children's social, emotional, and developmental growth.
Inspired by her passion for serving children and families in the Turks and Caicos Islands, Synovia established Adventure Minds to provide a welcoming environment where every child is valued, encouraged, and given the opportunity to reach their full potential. Her vision is to create positive experiences that foster confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.
